Air fryer oreo cookies were an instant hit around here. The moment that they hit the table, the kids and adults couldn't get enough of them! For a fast and filling dessert or a sweet treat, you really can't beat these air fried oreos.

    Why This Recipe Works

    1. It's like fair food-but a little healthier. If you've ever tried deep fried oreos at the fair, you already know you're in for a treat. These air fryer deep fried oreos taste just like those but without all of the work and grease.
    2. You can use any flavor oreos! Make this cookie with your favorite name brand or off brand oreo sandwich cookies and you're in for a real treat every time.
    3. It's quick and cheap. This recipe costs about $2 to make and comes together in under 10 minutes from start to finish. A perfect treat when you want something right now and without spending too much money to do it.

    📖 Variations

If desired you can use crescent roll sheets instead of the already cut crescent rolls, but you will still need to cut them into 8 triangles of equal size

Any oreo cookie flavor will work great in this recipe- regular oreos, double stuff, mega stuff, golden oreos, mint, etc. -Chocolate peanut butter pie oreos are our favorite so far.

    🍴 Recipe Tips

These air fryer fried oreos are best when enjoyed fresh and warm from the basket. That said they can be kept stored for up to 3 days in an airtight container at room temperature.

You can reheat them at 320 degrees F for 2 to 3 minutes if you want to eat them warm again.

    💭 FAQs

    Are air fried oreos vegan?

Oreo cookies are actually vegan or vegetarian, and there are some canned crescent rolls that are vegan as well, so if desired you can easily make this a recipe that anyone can enjoy. Just make sure to pay attention to the ingredient labels.

Do I need to preheat my air fryer?

Nope! While you could preheat it for 2-3 minutes if you wanted to, you really don't have to. This is great because it means ingredients can go from fridge to fryer to bellies in even less time.

What if my oreos don't cook fully the first time?

All air fryers are built differently and while 5 minutes is plenty on my fryer at 320F, you may find that you need an extra minute or two. If this happens, you can flip the cookies over and cook the underside for 2 minutes to heat it from the other direction. This should be of help.
