These oven broiled smores are a fast pass to deliciousness. No need for a campfire when you can stay comfy in your PJs and enjoy these treats on the couch with Netflix. Make a pan full in minutes and enjoy your marshmallows perfectly toasted.

Whether you call them oven baked smores or oven-roasted smores, they still taste as great as you'd expect. With toasted marshmallows, gooey centers, and melty chocolate sandwiched between two graham crackers, who needs a campfire? Oven-made smores are totally where it's at!
Avoid the mosquitos and humidity by staying indoors and enjoying your broiler smores. This could become a favorite family moment or a convenient way to enjoy smores even when the weather and seasons are less than favorable.

Why This Recipe Works
- It's fast. Just a moment or two in the oven is all it takes to get these smores ready for snacking.
- You can make several at once. Instead of making one at a time, you can make a dozen or so if you wanted to! Perfect for serving at a sleepover or party.
- Simple ingredients. You only need 3 ingredients to make some smores, and they're so iconic you already know what they are. You won't need anything extra to make this recipe, so enjoy simplicity and deliciousness in one.
🥘 Ingredients
Graham Crackers- Use your favorite graham crackers for this recipe. I like to use the honey variety, but I'm sure cinnamon or chocolate graham crackers could taste great too!
Large Marshmallows- While you could use any size or type or marshmallow, using a regular large marshmallow works best under the broiler.
Hershey Chocolate Bars- Smores taste best with milk chocolate (or at least, I think so).

🔪 Instructions
Check out how to make easy oven broiled smores with these simple step-by-step instructions:
Turn a single graham cracker into two squares by breaking it down the middle. Repeat for the other graham crackers as well.
Place 6 of the graham cracker squares onto a baking sheet, evenly spaced.
Open a Hershey chocolate bar and break it into rows of 3. There should be 4 rows. Top all of the graham cracker squares with a row of 3 chocolate pieces.
Then top them each with a large marshmallow laying right there in the center of the chocolate.
Place the baking sheet into the oven and set it to Broil on High.
Let cook for 2-3 minutes or until the marshmallows are cooked to your liking. Then remove the baking sheet from the oven.
Top your smores with their remaining graham cracker pieces and smoosh down to attach.
Place them on a plate or eat them right off the pan. Be careful; they're warm!
Enjoy your gooey chocolate treat!
🍴 Recipe Tips
You can use any chocolate for making your oven smores so if you're a traditional person who enjoys a chocolate bar like Hershey's or likes them made with Reese's cups, you can make them the same way and get drool-worthy results.
When making these smores just make sure to be careful placing the pan in and out of the oven as the marshmallow can roll off if the pan is jiggled.
When broiling the marshmallows make sure to keep a close eye on them after a minute has passed because they can go from perfectly toasted to burnt real fast, and if you don't want them burnt, you can't undo it.
