Broiler Smores
These Broiler Smores are a fast pass to deliciousness. No need for a campfire when you can stay comfy in your PJs and enjoy these treats on the couch with Netflix. Make a pan full in minutes and enjoy your marshmallows perfectly toasted.

Instructions
Prep:
Break each graham cracker in half along the center crease to make squares.
Arrange:
Place 6 graham cracker squares evenly spaced on a baking sheet.
Chocolate:
Break each chocolate bar into rows of 3 pieces. Place one row on top of each graham cracker square.
Marshmallow:
Place one large marshmallow centered on top of the chocolate.
Broil:
Place the baking sheet under the broiler on High. Broil for 2 to 3 minutes, watching closely, until marshmallows are toasted to your liking.
Assemble:
Remove from the oven and immediately top each with the remaining graham cracker squares, gently pressing down to attach.
Serve:
Enjoy warm, straight from the pan or transferred carefully to a plate.
Notes
Chocolate options:
Any chocolate works well, including classic bars, peanut butter cups, or other favorites.
Broiling:
Keep a close eye once broiling begins. Marshmallows toast quickly and can burn fast.
Handling:
Carefully move the pan in and out of the oven so marshmallows do not roll off.
Serving:
These are best enjoyed immediately while warm and gooey.
