A delicious salty and sweet cracker sandwich that hits all the cravings in one buttery, crunchy, chewy, bite.

This Ritz cracker and Rolos recipe is by far the easiest thing I've ever put on the blog, and I have to say that it's one worthy of mentioning.
With the buttery crunchy crackers stuffed with gooey chewy caramel and soft milk chocolate, every bite is as good as the last.

Why This Recipe Works
- Great for leftover candy. While it's a great way to use up leftover Halloween candy, Ritz crackers, and Rolo candies can be found all year long, so whenever the mood for something salty and sweet comes along, you're in luck!
- They're seasonal. These cracker treats are very popular around Christmas time, so if you're looking for a seasonal treat that's easy to make- here ya go.
- Minimal ingredients. We literally only need 2 ingredients to make this recipe. This about as simple as it gets.
🥘 Ingredients
Rolos- These little caramel candies are the center star of the show. Make sure to unwrap them first!
Ritz Crackers- You can use off-brand if desired, but salty buttery Ritz crackers add a wonderful taste and texture to these treats.

🔪 Instructions
Check out how to make Rolo stuffed Ritz crackers with these simple step-by-step instructions:
Preheat your oven and set 14 Ritz crackers, face side up on a baking sheet.
Add a Rolo to the center of each Ritz cracker.
Bake them in the oven for 3-5 minutes. You want the chocolate soft, not melted.
Remove the baking sheet from the oven and then immediately top the Rolo with a Ritz cracker, pressing down to make a sandwich.
Careful as chocolate will come up through the holes in the Ritz, so it could get messy.
Let the Rolo crackers cool completely before eating.
🍴 Recipe Tips
As ovens may vary, you'll notice so does the time for melting these Rolos. I found that my oven works great at warming them up within just 3 minutes, but that may not necessarily be the case with your own oven.
Check the Rolos after three minutes and if they look soft, they should be good enough for this Ritz Rolos recipe. Remember, you just want them to be squishable- not melted!
💭 FAQs
Yes, this Ritz cracker and Rolo recipe can made in advance. They are great for up to a few days if kept stored in an airtight container.
Keep these candied crackers stored at room temperature, in the fridge, or even in the freezer depending on your own preferences! By keeping them cold, the caramel becomes harder and chewier, but leaving them at room temperature is great too!
