    🍴 Recipe Tips

    1. Make it in bulk – This recipe is perfect for meal prep. Double or triple the batch and portion it into separate freezer bags so you always have a quick dinner ready to go.
    2. Easy cleanup – Line your baking sheet with foil or parchment paper before cooking. It keeps the pan clean and makes cleanup a breeze.
    3. Rest before serving – Let the fajita mix rest for about 5 minutes after baking. This helps the juices stay in the chicken, keeping it tender and flavorful.

    🍳 Reheating

Microwave in 30-second bursts until heated through.

Or reheat in a skillet over medium heat for the best texture.

    🥗 Side Dishes

To Serve: Spoon into warm tortillas and add your favorite toppings like avocado, cilantro, or sour cream. Pair with Air Fryer Tortilla Chips and Guacamole Without Cilantro for the ultimate taco night!

    • Easy Salsa Rice or Cilantro Lime Rice
    • Refried beans
    • Corn on the cob or elote
