Homemade Fajita Seasoning
2teaspoonschili powder
2teaspoonsground cumin

Instructions
Make the seasoning. In a small bowl, mix all fajita seasoning ingredients until well combined.
Prep the ingredients. Slice the chicken into thin strips. Slice the bell peppers and onion if not using frozen.
Assemble the freezer meal. In a large bowl or labeled freezer-safe gallon bag, combine the chicken, vegetables, olive oil, lime juice, and seasoning. Toss until evenly coated.
Freeze. Seal and freeze flat until ready to use.
Bake. Thaw overnight in the refrigerator. Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with foil. Spread the fajita mixture into an even layer and bake for about 20 minutes, or until the chicken reaches 165°F.
Serve. Rest for 5 minutes, then serve with warm tortillas and desired toppings.
