🥘 Ingredients
Rolos- You'll need some rolo candies (unwrapped) for this recipe. I usually buy a big bag of them and have my kids unwrap them all for me.
Chocolate Chips- You can use milk chocolate chips or semi-sweet chocolate chips for the base of this fudge recipe.
Sweetened Condensed Milk- To make our fudge thick and sweet, you'll want to use a can of sweetened condensed milk.
Vanilla- A flavor enhancer.
Pecans- Add in some chopped pecans for a nice nutty crunch in every square.

🍴 Recipe Tips
This fudge sets up very quickly so it's best to start with everything premeasured, foiled, and ready to go to help cut down on time waste later.
You can add in as many Rolos as you want, but remember that they will shift as you pour the melted chocolate over the top.
These fudge pieces can be served at room temperature or chilled.
💭 FAQs
This easy turtle fudge can be kept stored in the fridge if desired, but it's not necessary. Fudge can last several weeks at room temperature if kept stored in an airtight container. Cold air technically dries out the fudge faster.
If you keep your fudge properly stored in an airtight container, you can expect a shelf life of 4-6 weeks! That's plenty of time to enjoy a little chocolate fix daily.
Overcooked fudge will become grainy, crumbly, or hard. This is why it's important to stir the melting chocolate constantly and keep an eye on it. You want it to come together and be smooth, but you don't need to cook it beyond that point.
