🥘 Ingredients
Ingredient Notes:
Rolos- You'll need some rolo candies (unwrapped) for this recipe. I usually buy a big bag of them and have my kids unwrap them all for me. If you still have rolos try our Rolo Stuffed Ritz Crackers.
Chocolate Chips- You can use milk chocolate chips or semi-sweet chocolate chips for the base of this fudge recipe.
Sweetened Condensed Milk- To make our fudge thick and sweet, you'll want to use a can of sweetened condensed milk. If you have another ca of condensed milk try our Creamy Lemonade.
Pecans- Add in some chopped pecans for a nice nutty crunch in every square.

🍴 Recipe Tips
- Smart Prep Tip- To streamline fudge-making, measure ingredients beforehand and prep a foiled tray. This saves time as the fudge sets swiftly.
- Customization Note- Feel free to add extra Rolos for more flavor, but note they might shift when pouring the melted chocolate.
- Serving Options- Enjoy the fudge at room temperature for instant delight, or chill it for a refreshing treat. Each bite offers a delectable mix of sweetness and creaminess.
💭 Recipe FAQs
This easy turtle fudge can be kept stored in the fridge if desired, but it's not necessary. Fudge can last several weeks at room temperature if kept stored in an airtight container. Cold air technically dries out the fudge faster.
If you keep your fudge properly stored in an airtight container, you can expect a shelf life of 4-6 weeks! That's plenty of time to enjoy a little chocolate fix daily.
Overcooked fudge will become grainy, crumbly, or hard. This is why it's important to stir the melting chocolate constantly and keep an eye on it. You want it to come together and be smooth, but you don't need to cook it beyond that point.
