Rolo turtle fudge is an easy to make and delicious treat that we can't stop eating! With just a few minutes and ingredients, this fool-proof easy fudge recipe is finished and ready to enjoy.
Prep the pan. Line a square pan with foil, covering the bottom and sides. Spray lightly with cooking spray.
Add the Rolos. Arrange the unwrapped Rolos evenly in the bottom of the pan. Set aside.
Melt the chocolate. In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir constantly until fully melted and smooth.
Finish the fudge. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract. Pour the chocolate mixture evenly over the Rolos.
Add pecans. Sprinkle pecans over the top and gently press them in. Work quickly, as the fudge begins to set fast.
Chill. Let cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for a few hours until firm before cutting.
