Air Fryer BBQ Chicken Breasts
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil - ($0.14)
- 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts - ($5.94)
- ½ teaspoon salt - ($0.01)
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper - ($0.02)
- ½ cup BBQ sauce - ($0.52)
Instructions
- Prep. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F. Brush the chicken breasts on all sides with olive oil.
- Season. Sprinkle the salt and black pepper evenly over both sides of the chicken.
- Air fry. Place the chicken into the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook at 400°F for 8 minutes.
