Instructions
Prep the Pan:
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the cereal evenly over the surface.
Melt the Chocolate:
Place the chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for about 1 minute, stirring every 30 seconds, until smooth.
Coat the Cereal:
Drizzle the melted chocolate over the cereal using a spoon, coating as much of the cereal as possible.
Add Marshmallows:
Sprinkle the mini marshmallows evenly over the chocolate coated cereal.
Set:
Place the baking sheet in the freezer for about 5 minutes, or until the chocolate is set.
Break & Serve:
Break the cereal mixture into bite sized chunks, transfer to a serving bowl, and enjoy.
