Notes
Sausage Swaps. Chicken sausage, kielbasa, or brats can be used in place of turkey sausage.
Vegetable Options. Broccoli, cauliflower, or green beans work well instead of Brussels sprouts.
Heartier Meal. Replace the Brussels sprouts with 1 pound of red potatoes, quartered.
Reheating. Reheat in the microwave for 1 to 2 minutes, air fry at 360°F for about 4 minutes, or warm in the oven until heated through.
Brussels Prep. Trim tough ends and remove loose outer leaves. Halve or quarter large sprouts for even cooking.
