This maple bacon dip is a perfect blend of sweet and savory goodness in every bite. Homemade caramelized bacon, maple syrup, and rich cream cheese come together like never before. Serve this dip as an appetizer or for brunch!
Bake bacon. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top. Arrange the bacon slices on the rack and drizzle with half of the brown sugar and maple syrup. Bake for about 15 minutes, or until caramelized and cooked to your liking.
Mix dip base. In a medium mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, butter, and powdered sugar together until smooth and creamy.
Finish bacon. Remove the bacon from the oven, let cool slightly, then chop into small pieces. Reserve a small handful for garnish.
Combine. Add the chopped bacon and the remaining brown sugar and maple syrup to the cream cheese mixture. Stir until fully combined.
Chill and serve. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Garnish with reserved bacon before serving.
