ice cubes, enough to fill one glass

(17 ounces) sparkling flavored water

heavy whipping cream

Instructions
Fill glass.
Fill a drinking glass with ice cubes.
Add sparkling water.
Pour in the sparkling water until the glass is about 1 inch from the rim.
Add cream.
Add the heavy whipping cream and stir gently.
Adjust and serve.
Taste and adjust as needed, adding a little more cream if the drink is too acidic. Serve immediately.
Notes
Dairy Options.
Sweetened almond milk or coconut milk can be used for a dairy free or lighter option. Whole milk may curdle when mixed.
Flavor Choices.
Any sparkling water flavor works well. Favorites include black raspberry, mango orange, and coconut pineapple.
