Instructions
Preheat.
Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with foil. Set aside.
Make glaze.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the honey, lemon pepper seasoning, lemon juice, ground black pepper, and olive oil until smooth.
Coat wings.
Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss until evenly coated. Spread the wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake.
Bake for about 45 minutes, until the wings are caramelized and the internal temperature reaches at least 160°F.
Serve.
Serve warm.
Notes
Crispier skin.
For extra crispiness, broil the wings for 1 to 2 minutes at the end of baking, watching closely to prevent burning.
Storage.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3 to 5 days. Reheat before serving.
