Instructions
Prep the Pan:
Rub a cold stick of butter along the inside of a baking dish, making sure to coat the corners and sides. Set aside.
Melt the Butter:
Add the butter to a large pot over low heat and cook until fully melted.
Melt the Marshmallows:
Add the mini marshmallows and stir occasionally until melted. Remove the pot from the heat.
Add Chocolate:
Stir in the chocolate chips until completely melted and smooth.
Add Cereal:
Gently stir in the Golden Grahams cereal until evenly coated.
Press into Pan:
Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and press gently into an even layer.
Set & Serve:
Allow the bars to cool and set for about 1 hour. Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
Marshmallow Handling:
Avoid over stirring the marshmallows as they melt. Overworking them can cause the bars to become hard as they cool.
Warm Weather Tip:
In warm kitchens, the chocolate may not fully set. Storing the bars in the refrigerator helps keep them firm.
Storage:
Store bars in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. Texture may change slightly over time.
