Prep the Green Beans. Wash and trim the green beans using a colander. Set aside to drain.
Preheat the Oven. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
Season. Add the green beans, olive oil, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper to a large mixing bowl. Toss well until evenly coated.
Arrange. Spread the green beans out in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Roast. Bake for 15 minutes, or until the green beans are tender-crisp and lightly golden.

Texture Preference: These green beans are roasted to be firm with a crisp bite. For softer green beans, add 2–4 extra minutes of cook time and watch closely.
