Looking for a simple and easy Easter recipe to serve as a breakfast or side dish? These Easy Easter Bunny Biscuits come together in minutes. With a fast bake time, you can have warm and fresh buttered biscuit bunnies in no time!
Preheat and prep. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Separate the biscuits. Open the can of biscuits and separate them. Place half of the biscuits on the prepared baking sheet, evenly spaced.
Cut the ears. Place the remaining biscuits on a cutting board. Using a sharp knife or clean scissors, cut each biscuit in half.
Assemble the bunnies. Place the cut biscuit halves next to each whole biscuit, with the cut sides touching the biscuit to form bunny ears. Adjust spacing as needed so everything fits on the baking sheet.
Decorate the faces. Add two chocolate chips for eyes, one M&M for the nose, and sliced almonds on each side of the nose for whiskers. Repeat with the remaining biscuits.
Bake. Bake according to the biscuit can directions, about 13 minutes, until golden brown.
Serve. Serve warm and enjoy.

Notes
Biscuit choice. Any canned biscuit brand works, but use an even number for easy assembly.
Kid-friendly step. Scissors work well for cutting biscuit dough when kids are helping.
Storage. Best enjoyed fresh. Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for 2 to 3 days, laying flat so the ears stay in place.
