This coffee milkshake is the answer to your caffeinated prayers. Made with ice cream and leftover coffee (from that morning's pot) you can turn a boring afternoon into a more lively one.
Blend. Add the vanilla ice cream, brewed coffee, chocolate syrup, and vanilla extract to a blender. Use ½ cup coffee for a thicker shake or ¾ cup for a thinner consistency.
Mix. Blend until smooth.
Serve. Pour into a glass and top with whipped cream and additional chocolate syrup if desired.
Notes
Flavor swaps. Replace chocolate syrup with caramel or use both for a mixed flavor.
Coffee choice. Homemade cold brew or store-bought coffee both work well.
Consistency control. Adjust coffee amount to reach your preferred thickness.
