This cinnamon roll apple cobbler only needs 4 ingredients to make it. It's the perfect addition to breakfast or dessert this fall and very quick to throw together too. You're going to love this fall-flavored treat.
Prep. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13 baking dish.
Assemble base. Cut the cinnamon rolls into quarters and spread evenly in the prepared baking dish.
Add butter. Drizzle the melted butter evenly over the cinnamon roll pieces.
Add apples. Spoon the apple pie filling over the top. Sprinkle with chopped pecans if using.
Bake. Bake for 60 minutes. Check the center by moving aside some apples and testing a cinnamon roll for doneness. Moisture on top is normal as long as the rolls are fully cooked.
Finish. Let rest for 10 minutes, then drizzle the reserved icing over the top.
Serve. Serve warm.
Notes
Doneness check. Test the center cinnamon rolls with a toothpick. If still doughy, bake in 5-minute increments until cooked through.
Storage. Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
