Banana Bread with Strawberries
Bananas and strawberries are two flavors that always go great together. This banana bread with strawberries is no different. With soft banana bread and fresh strawberry chunks, it's delicious!

Instructions
Prep the oven.
Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
Mix the wet ingredients.
In a large bowl, mash the bananas. Whisk in the eggs and oil until combined.
Add the dry ingredients.
Stir in the sugar, vanilla, salt, flour, baking soda, and baking powder until just combined.
Fold in the strawberries.
Gently fold in the chopped strawberries and pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
Bake.
Bake for 65 to 75 minutes. Check halfway through and tent loosely with foil if the top is browning too quickly.
Cool.
Allow bread to cool in the pan before slicing.
Notes
Stronger strawberry flavor:
Mash strawberries with the bananas to distribute juice throughout the batter.
Browning control:
This bread browns quickly. Tent with foil midway through baking if needed.
