Making homemade tortilla chips is even easier than you think with this air fryer recipe! Made in minutes and perfectly crispy, the only thing missing is some salsa and guacamole.
Oil tortillas. Brush both sides of each tortilla lightly with olive oil.
Cut. Stack the tortillas and slice into triangle wedges.
Air fry. Arrange in an even layer in the air fryer basket and cook at 350°F for 3 to 4 minutes.
Season. Sprinkle with sea salt, then shake the basket to coat.
Finish. Continue cooking for 3 to 4 minutes, until crisp and no longer wet looking.
Serve. Transfer to a serving dish and serve warm with salsa or guacamole.
Notes
Recipe Tips. Stack tortillas to reduce oil use. Season midway or at the end to avoid oversalting. Add 1 to 2 minutes if chips are slightly chewy. Halve the recipe for smaller air fryers.
Storage. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days, best within 2 to 3 days.
