Air fryer pork loin roast is the closest to grilled pork roast you can get but in the convenience of your kitchen. Made in an hour and with minimal effort, this recipe is perfect for lazy dinners.
Mix seasoning. Combine theets the Italian seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.
Prep pork. Brush the pork loin with olive oil and lightly oil the air fryer basket to prevent sticking.
Season. Sprinkle the seasoning evenly over the pork loin and rub to coat all sides.
Air fry. Place the pork loin in the air fryer basket, angled if needed, with the fat side facing up. Cook at 325°F for about 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
Rest and serve. Let the pork rest for 10 minutes before slicing, then serve warm.
