Instructions
Toast muffins.
Place the English muffin halves cut side up in the air fryer basket and cook at 350°F for 3 minutes.
Sauce.
Remove from the air fryer and spread about ½ to 1 tablespoon pizza sauce on each muffin half.
Top.
Add the pepperoni, then top with shredded mozzarella cheese. Cheese should be the top layer.
Air fry.
Carefully return the pizzas to the air fryer and cook at 350°F for 2 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
Serve.
Serve warm.
Notes
Recipe Tips.
Place cheese on top to keep toppings from shifting. Avoid overcrowding the basket to prevent soggy muffins.
Reheating.
Microwave for about 30 seconds, air fry at 350°F for 3 to 5 minutes, or bake at 325°F for about 10 minutes.
Make Ahead.
Assemble and refrigerate for up to 2 days before cooking.
Storage.
Refrigerate cooked pizzas for up to 3 days. Freeze cooked pizzas airtight for up to 3 months, wrapping well to prevent freezer burn.
