Mix cinnamon sugar. Stir together the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon in a small bowl.
Butter tortillas. Brush the melted butter over both sides of each tortilla.
Season. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture evenly over both sides of the tortillas.
Cut. Use a pizza cutter to slice each tortilla into wedges.
Air fry. Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper and arrange the tortilla wedges in a single layer. Air fry at 350°F for 6 to 8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
Cool and serve. Transfer the chips to a plate or wire rack to cool. Chips will crisp as they cool. Serve and enjoy.
Notes
Substitutions. Corn tortillas can be used for a different texture and flavor.
Variations. Add nutmeg, pumpkin pie spice, or apple pie spice to the cinnamon sugar. A splash of vanilla can be mixed into the melted butter.
Recipe Tips. Halve the recipe for smaller air fryers. Avoid doubling, as overcrowding prevents even crisping. If chips are slightly chewy, air fry for an additional 20 to 60 seconds.
Storage. Store in an airtight container at room temperature and enjoy within 2 to 3 days for best texture.
