Instructions
Prep.
Spray the inside of a slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
Layer.
Place the pork chops in an even layer in the bottom of the slow cooker.
Top.
Spread the cream of mushroom soup evenly over the pork chops. Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix evenly over the top.
Cook.
Cover and cook on LOW for 4 to 5 hours, until the pork is tender and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
Serve.
Spoon sauce over the pork chops and serve warm.
Notes
Cooking tip.
Use thick-cut pork chops and cook on low only to prevent drying out. Thinner chops may be done closer to 3 hours.
Substitution.
Replace the ranch seasoning packet with 2 tablespoons prepared ranch dressing if preferred.
Storage.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
Make ahead.
Assemble ingredients in a freezer bag and freeze for up to 3 months. Thaw overnight in the refrigerator before cooking.
