Instructions
Prep strawberries.
Dice strawberries into small, even pieces and set aside.
Mix base.
In a large bowl, combine cottage cheese and strawberry gelatin until evenly mixed.
Add fruit.
Stir in diced strawberries until well distributed.
Fold topping.
Add thawed whipped topping and gently fold until combined. Avoid overmixing to keep the salad fluffy.
Chill or serve.
Serve immediately or refrigerate at least 2 hours to allow the salad to set.
