Oven-roasted frozen cauliflower is a delicious side dish worthy of any meal. It's got a nice crispness, softness, flavor, and appearance making it perfect to sit next to your chicken, meatloaf, or pasta dishes.
Prep. Preheat the oven to either 450°F for a quicker roast or 350°F for a slower roast. Grease a baking sheet.
Season. Spread the frozen cauliflower in a single layer on the baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and chicken broth, then sprinkle evenly with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Toss. Use clean hands to toss until all cauliflower is evenly coated.
Roast.450°F. Bake for about 30 minutes.350°F. Bake for about 35 minutes.
Serve. Remove from the oven and serve warm.
Notes
No thawing needed. Roast cauliflower straight from frozen.
Temperature choice. Higher heat gives more browning, lower heat gives a softer texture.
Batch size. Doubling or tripling does not increase cook time if cauliflower is well spaced.
Storage. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
