These honey buffalo wings are what you're missing. Perfectly crispy, glazed, and sweet with a wonderful kick of spice at the end. They're almost too good to share!
Prep pan. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray lightly with nonstick cooking spray.
Season wings. Arrange the chicken wings in an even layer on the prepared baking sheet and season with salt and ground black pepper.
Bake. Bake for 45 minutes at 400°F.
Broil. Switch the oven to High Broil and broil for about 3 minutes until crisp. Flip the wings and broil the other side, watching closely to prevent burning.
Make sauce. Add the honey, hot sauce, butter, lime juice, ketchup, garlic, and cornstarch to a small saucepan over medium high heat. Stir occasionally and bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer and cook until slightly thickened. Adjust sweetness or heat as desired.
Toss. Transfer the cooked wings to a large bowl, pour the sauce over the top, and toss with tongs until evenly coated.
Serve. Serve warm with blue cheese or ranch dressing if desired.

Recipe Tips. Lining the pan with foil helps with crispier skin and easy cleanup. Use tongs when tossing hot wings. If the sauce finishes early, keep it warm on low heat.
Reheating. Microwave between damp paper towels for about 2 minutes. Oven reheat at 350°F for 10 to 20 minutes. Air fry at 360°F for 5 minutes, flipping halfway.
