Instructions
Simple Syrup
Heat:
Combine sugar and water in a small saucepan over medium heat.
Dissolve:
Stir until the sugar is fully dissolved or the mixture just begins to bubble.
Cool:
Remove from heat and allow to cool completely before using.
Blue Lagoon
Base:
Add 1 tablespoon of simple syrup to the bottom of a tall glass.
