Air fryer pizza with tortillas is a 5-minute start to finish tasty light lunch or snack option that tastes like a crispy version of your favorite food. Made with a flour tortilla, pizza sauce, cheese, and toppings this is one recipe you won't soon forget.
Prep Basket. Lightly brush the air fryer basket with olive oil to prevent sticking.
Assemble Pizza. Place the tortilla in the basket. Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the tortilla, leaving about a ½ inch border around the edges. Add desired toppings, then sprinkle the cheese over the top to help weigh everything down.
Air Fry. Cook at 400°F for 3 to 4 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the edges are crisp.
Serve. Remove with a spatula, transfer to a cutting board, slice into triangles, and serve warm.
Notes
Tortillas. Use flour tortillas only. Corn tortillas do not crisp the same.
Toppings. Nestle toppings slightly under the cheese to prevent them from flying around.
Crispier Crust. Brush the tortilla lightly with olive oil and preheat in the air fryer for 1 minute before adding sauce and toppings.
Reheating. Reheat leftover pizza at 400°F for about 1 minute.
Freezing. Freeze assembled pizzas flat with parchment between layers. Cook from frozen at 400°F for 4 to 5 minutes.
