Mix seasoning. Combine the Italian seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.
Prep chicken. Pat the chicken leg quarters dry with paper towels if needed. Brush the skin with olive oil.
Season. Sprinkle the seasoning mixture over the chicken and rub to coat all sides evenly. You may not need all of the seasoning.
Air fry. Place the chicken leg quarters in the air fryer basket. Cook at 390°F for 10 minutes.
Flip and finish. Flip the chicken and cook for another 10 minutes. Check the internal temperature and ensure it has reached at least 165°F. If needed, flip skin side up and cook an additional 2 to 5 minutes.
Serve. Serve warm.
Notes
Optional Sauce. Brush cooked chicken with barbecue sauce and air fry for 2 additional minutes.

Frozen Chicken. Thawed chicken cooks best. If cooking from frozen, add additional time and verify doneness.
Reheating. Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F for 4 to 5 minutes or microwave for about 2 minutes.
Storage. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
