Add marshmallows to a glass bowl. Microwave 30 seconds. Add peanut butter and microwave another 15 seconds. Stir to combine.
Toss popcorn into peanut butter mixture and continue until all pieces are well coated.
In a small bowl, melt semi sweet chocolate chips in 30 second bursts in the microwave until smooth. Stir between each addition.
Lay your peanut butter popcorn on a cooking sheet and then drizzle the chocolate over the top.
Sprinkle your chopped peanut butter cups over the top of the popcorn.
Allow to cool and set. About 15 minutes.
Break apart the pieces that may be stuck together and enjoy!
