Banana Bread with Strawberries

Bananas and strawberries are two flavors that always go great together. This banana bread with strawberries is no different. With soft banana bread and fresh strawberry chunks, it's delicious!

  • 1/2 cup Canola Oil
  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Mashed Bananas (About 3 Bananas)
  • 1 cup Chopped Strawberries
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 2 cup Flour


  • Preheat your oven to 350F degrees and grease a 9x5 bread pan.
  • Mash your bananas in a large mixing bowl.
  • Whisk in the eggs and oil.
  • Add in the sugar, vanilla, salt, baking soda and baking powder. Stir to combine.
  • Fold in the strawberry chunks and pour the batter into the prepared bread pan.
  • Bake for 65-75 minutes, covering the top with foil about midway through if it's getting too brown.
