Easy Dairy Free Coleslaw

Homemade coleslaw is tasty, crisp, and oh so creamy! Enjoy your dairy free coleslaw at your next barbecue or stack it on a sandwich with your favorite pulled pork recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1 bag Coleslaw mix cabbed (10oz)

Dressing

  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise *See note

Instructions

  • Pour the coleslaw cabbage blend into a large mixing bowl.
  • In a small bowl mix all of the dressing ingredients together with a whisk until smooth.
  • Pour the dressing over the cabbage and toss to evenly coat.
  • Let the coleslaw sit for 20 minutes to 1 hour (covered in the fridge) to marinate. Serve and enjoy.

Notes

If you like your coleslaw extra creamy then use ½ cup mayo. If you want it a little drier but still flavorful the ¼ cup is perfect.
