Instructions
Measure out the ice cream, milk, mint extract, and green food coloring. Place them into your blender.
Pulse or blend until all of the ingredients are well incorporated and no streaks of vanilla ice cream remain.
Divide your milkshake between drinking glasses and top with whipped cream.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
Milk
: Whole milk is recommended for a creamier consistency, but any milk, including half and half or non-dairy alternatives, will work.
Mint Extract:
Both mint and peppermint extract can be used; peppermint will give a candy cane flavor.
Food Coloring
: Use liquid or gel-based food coloring to achieve your desired green hue; adjust the amount based on preference.
Boozy Option
: Add plain or vanilla flavored vodka for an adult twist.
