Add a few drops of food coloring on the white chocolate and then swirl them around with the back of a spoon. You can also use a toothpick or the end of the spoon or a butter knife to swirl the colors around, there's no wrong way to do it.
Add the sprinkles and mini marshmallows over the top of thw colored chocolate.
Place the pan or dish in the freezer for about 5 minutes until it's frozen solid.
Remove the rainbow bark from the pan by lifting up with the parchment paper. Using your hands, break apart the white chocolate bark to create smaller pieces.
Place the pieces in an airtight container, or serve and enjoy.
Notes
You can make this unicorn candy using an 8x8 square pan or 9x13 baking dish if you don't have a small baking sheet handy. The different sizes will alter the overall thickness of the bark when it's done, so keep that in mind.Giving a layer of parchment paper underneath helps to reduce the risk of it sticking to the pan and lets you lift it out once it's cooled without any issues.
