Roasted Frozen Cauliflower
Oven-roasted frozen cauliflower is a delicious side dish worthy of any meal. It's got a nice crispness, softness, flavor, and appearance making it perfect to sit next to your chicken, meatloaf, or pasta dishes.

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F or 450 degrees F and grease a baking sheet.
Open the bag of frozen cauliflower and place them onto the sheet.
Drizzle the olive oil over the cauliflower and then follow it up by sprinkling the spices over the top. Drizzle the chicken broth as well.
Use clean hands to toss the veggies around in the mixture until all veggies are well coated.
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 450F or for 35 minutes at 350F.
Remove from oven and serve warm with your meal.
Notes
Oven-roasting frozen cauliflower works at 350 or 450 degrees.
You can cook frozen cauliflower directly without thawing.
Doubling or tripling the recipe doesn't increase the cooking time if cauliflower is well-spaced.
This dish is a kid-friendly way to encourage vegetable consumption.
Leftover roasted frozen cauliflower can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
