  • 1 bag (10 ounce) mini marshmallow ($1.00)
  • 1 pint heavy cream (2 cups) ($2.24)

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine the frozen berries, mini marshmallows and heavy cream.
  • Cover the bowl and chill for 3 or more hours.
  • Stir well before serving. Enjoy cold.

You shouldn't have any issues with making this sweet berry fluff recipe, the hard part comes with the waiting. As the mixture sits in the fridge, the berries thaw and soften the marshmallows so that starts as a light purple mixture becomes a deep reddish color thanks to the berry's natural juices.
Adding heavy cream helps to keep the dish feeling rich and great but even using vanilla coffee creamer has its perks.
