Scoop the green insides from an avocado and place them into a bowl. Mash until smooth (or as smooth as you like it).
Add in the Pico De Gallo, minced garlic, and salt. Stir to combine.
Taste and adjust ingredients amounts as desired, adding in more Pico or salt depending on preferences.
Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy.

Recipe Tips You can add in more or less of each ingredient to get it to taste perfect. I have found that salt and lime juice make the biggest differences in making guacamole taste great. When too little salt is added the flavor is bland, and without lime juice, it's as if there's something missing.Lemon juice could be used in a pinch, but at a much smaller quantity as it's overpowering and does change the flavor.Because you'll be using pico de gallo, you can easily grab more onion, less tomato, more jalapeno, or more liquid, depending on what you want in your bowl of dip. I love my avocado to be mashed and creamy but if you like your guac chunky, feel free to dice it up as you normally would! You can serve your guac up with tasty salty tortilla chips, spread over toast, served over burritos, tacos, and more. Spreading some creamy guac over a burger is also fantastic for a new flavorful experience.StorageGuacamole can last up to two days in the fridge assuming that it's stored properly. You'll want to lay a piece of plastic wrap directly over the avocado mixture to prevent as much brownie as you can and then place it in an airtight container in the fridge. Store for up to two days. The mixture may change color slightly and become runny, just mix it back up and enjoy.Fun fact, avocados can be frozen and not turn brown! Magical information, right? The only downside to freezing guacamole is that the onions and tomatoes will become wet and soften as they thaw. Just thaw the mixture in the fridge, stir the guac and serve.
