Eating a tree never sounded so fun! With these festive little Christmas tree pretzels, everyone can make their own forest of deliciousness and get into the holiday spirit.
Arrange pretzels on baking sheet so that there are a few inches of space between each.
In a bowl, microwave your chocolate in 30 second intervals, stirring well between each until smooth.
Transfer chocolate to a piping bag or Ziploc bag and snip the corner end.
Carefully drizzle the chocolate over the pretzel sticks, working from top to base to create a tree.
Add sprinkles and candy decorations as desired.
Place baking sheet in fridge for about 30 minutes (or less) to set and harden.
Enjoy!

Recipe TipsMaking these tree shaped pretzels is as easy as it looks but there's a method that I noticed works best at creating these little guys. Start your chocolate drizzling from the top because it's super easy to go out too far and make too large of a tree if you start at the base.We want these trees a little more proportionate so they can't get too crazy large, right? Also, when using larger sprinkles, you can use the end of an unused pretzel stick to lightly press them down into the chocolate so that they're better adhered. If adding food coloring to white chocolate. Using a gel or oil-based food coloring works better than liquid or water-based food coloring because water will cause chocolate to seize. Once decorated these pretzel trees can remain in an airtight container in the fridge for several days. While you could get them to easily last about 2 weeks, it's always best to eat them fresher to avoid stale pretzels.
