Notes
Hot Coffee Variation: To make a hot version of this iced coffee, brew the coffee into a mug and stir in the maple syrup. Allow it to rest while you prepare the milk. Heat the milk in a small pot on the stove, whisking continuously until frothy and warm. Pour the frothy milk into the coffee, gently stirring to combine while leaving some frothy bubbles on top.Recipe Tips: If you desire a stronger maple flavor in your iced coffee, consider adding ¼ teaspoon of maple-flavored extract.Make Ahead Instructions: Prepare the coffee in advance and chill it in the fridge. Up to a few hours ahead, mix the iced coffee (excluding the ice) and store it in the fridge. Combine the coffee, maple syrup, and milk, and add ice just before serving.
