Notes
Save time and effort with a store-bought graham cracker crust, but note you might have extra filling.Get creative by switching ice cream flavors for unique pies. Strawberry ice cream adds strawberries and cream, while rocky road brings marshmallows and texture.Plan ahead: Soften cream cheese but keep ice cream frozen, aiming for soft-serve consistency for even blending. For a finishing touch, broil marshmallows for a toasted look. Place large marshmallows on foil-lined baking sheet, broil on High for up to 1 minute, watching closely to avoid burning.
