This 3 ingredient oreo fudge recipe is so easy a kid could make it (and mine do!) Made with hardly any effort at all, this fudge is perfectly creamy and packed with America's favorite cookie in every bite.
Prepare an 8x8 baking dish by lining the inside with foil. Set aside.
Crush 4 Oreo cookies into crumbs and set aside.
Add your white chocolate chips to a large microwave-safe mixing bowl.
Heat the chocolate for 1 minute.
Stir and return to microwave and heat in 30-second intervals, stirring between each until smooth.
Remove the lid and foil from the top of your frosting container and heat in the microwave for 30 seconds.
Stir the frosting and pour it into the melted chocolate.
Stir oreo cookie crumbs into the fudge.
Mix together until completely incorporated.
Immediately pour the fudge out and into your prepared pan because it will set quickly.
Spread the fudge out into an even layer.
Place 12 oreos on top of fudge 4 rows of 4
Lightly press them down into the fudge to adhere.
Place the dish into the fridge to chill for at least 2 hours.
Remove the fudge from the pan by lifting up on the foil. Remove the foil from the fudge.
Slice the fudge into squares and serve. Enjoy.
Notes
Fudge Setting Time: After 1 hour in fridge, fudge can be cut into squares but will be soft. After 2 hours, fudge will be firmer. Ideally, wait 3-4 hours before serving.
Storage: Store fudge in airtight container in fridge for 1-2 weeks. Can also be kept at room temperature once fully set, but only lasts 3-5 days.
Freezing: Cut fudge into serving-sized squares, wrap well in plastic wrap, and place in airtight container or freezer bag. Alternatively, layer with parchment paper in airtight container. Can be frozen for up to 2 months.
