Stir in the frozen peas just before draining the noodles into a colander.
In a large box cook noodles as directed on package in water until al dente.
Return pot to stove over medium heat. Cook butter and onions until onions are soft.
Add in the tuna and break up the chunks.
Whisk in milk, cheese packet and mushroom soup until well mixed.
Stir the noodles and peas back into the pot.
Pour into casserole dish (2quart)
Top with Ritz cracker crumbs and bake at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes.
