2-3 slices soft bread 1 egg 3 tbsp Greek yogurt 2-3 tsp maple syrup or honey ½ tsp vanilla
Combine the egg, yogurt, and maple syrup in a small bowl with a whisk until smooth and well combined.
Use your fingers or the back of a spoon to press a "bowl" into your bread, leaving the crust untouched around the edges as this will help to hold the custard inside.
Spoon the custard into the indentation that you made.
Add fresh berries or toppings if desired.
Cook in the air fryer at 350 degrees F for 4-5 minutes. The custard should look set and the edges of the bread should just begin to brown.
Serve warm with a drizzle of maple syrup and powdered sugar if desired (this is optional).
