Sheet Pan  Pancakes

These easy sheet pan pancakes make for a fast breakfast that everyone can enjoy! Make these sheet pan pancakes from scratch or from a mix and they'll turn out great every time!

Pancake Mix Version – 2 cups Pancake Mix such as Bisquick – 1 cup Milk – 2 large Eggs – 2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

From Scratch Version – 3 cups All-Purpose Flour – 2 Tablespoons Baking Powder – 2 Tablespoons Granulated Sugar – ½ teaspoon Salt – 2 ½ cups Milk – 2 large Eggs – 8 Tablespoons Butter melted

Optional Add-Ins: – Chocolate Chips – Blueberries – Banana – Strawberries – Rainbow Sprinkles

– Pour the batter into the baking sheet and smooth it out into an even layer. – Add your optional add-ins, if desired. – Bake for about 10 minutes or until the pancake is fully cooked. – Slice into squares and serve.

– Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F and prep a large 12x16 baking sheet well with nonstick spray. – In a mixing bowl combine the pancake mix ingredients to form a batter.
