Meatloaf is a comfort meal like no other. This easy meatloaf recipe with oatmeal packs a lot of flavor into every tasty bite. It's finished off with a ketchup topping, and it tastes like childhood memories.
– 3 pounds 80/20 Ground beef – 3 large Eggs – 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce – 2 teaspoons Minced garlic – ½ teaspoon Salt – ½ teaspoon Black pepper – ½ teaspoon Onion powder – 1 ½ cups Old fashioned oats – ¾ cup Ketchup
– Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease a 9x5 bread pan or 8x8 baking dish with cooking spray. Set aside. **See note below for baking dish instructions
– In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients, except for the ketchup. Mix well to evenly distribute ingredients.
Add the oats.

– Pour the meatloaf mixture into your prepared pan and bake for 1 hour.
– Remove from oven and drain grease from pan.
– Spread ketchup over the top of the meatloaf so that it's evenly covered.
– Return pan to oven and bake for an additional 30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F on an instant read thermometer.
