PB & J Overnight Oats

Peanut butter and jelly aren't just for sandwiches anymore.

Thanks to these oats you can get your favorite jelly in a protein-packed breakfast and it'll be waiting for you when you wake up.

¾ cups Old fashioned oats ¼ cup Milk ½ cup Greek yogurt 1-2 tbsp Maple syrup 1 tsp Vanilla extract ½ tsp Chia seeds *optional  1 pinch Salt 1 tbsp Peanut butter     ( or pb2 powder ) ½ tbsp any jam or jelly

Whisk together the milk, yogurt, vanilla, salt, and maple syrup in a bowl until blended.

Stir in the chia seeds, if using.

Stir in peanut butter and jelly

Stir in the oats and mix until combined.

Pour the oat mixture into a sealed container and place into the fridge to chill for at least 6 hours or overnight.

In the morning, add more milk to adjust the oat mixture to your liking (or eat it thick).

If desired top with more peanut butter and jelly.
