6-7 cups popped popcorn (1 6oz unpopped bag) ½ cup creamy peanut butter 1 cup mini marshmallows 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips ½ cup chopped peanut butter cups
In a microwave safe bowl, cook the marshmallows for about 30 seconds. Add in the peanut butter and microwave for an additional 15 seconds.
Stir the marshmallows and peanut butter together and then toss with the popped popcorn.
In a small bowl, melt the chocolate chips in 30 second bursts, stirring between each, until smooth.
Lay your peanut butter coated popcorn on a baking sheet in a flat even layer.
Drizzle the melted chocolate over the top of the popcorn.
Add your chopped peanut butter cups over the top.
Allow the popcorn to cool and set for about about 15 minutes.
Break apart the popcorn chunks that may have stuck together and then place them into a large serving bowl and enjoy.
