8 Eggo waffles 2 large Eggs 1/4 cup Milk 1 tsp Cinnamon 1/2 tsp Vanilla
Heat Eggos on a plate in the microwave for about 30 sec-1 min until soft and no longer frozen.
Mix egg, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla in a pie plate or large bowl until well blended.
Heat a greased skillet over medium heat until water sizzles. This shows that the pan is hot and ready. Grease it once it's warmed up.
Dip a waffle in the egg mixture so that the front and back are well covered.
Lay the waffle in the pan and cook until golden, flip, and then cook the other side until golden as well.
This should be about 2 minutes per side.
The edges will look crisp and cooked but the pockets may appear wetter but any egg whites should appear white and not translucent.
Repeat until all waffles have been cooked.
